About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into campaign briefs, audience priorities, messaging, offers, and activation plans
  • Use approved AI tools and agentic workflows for campaign planning, content development, reporting, optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate campaign production across existing and emerging marketing channels while maintaining visibility into timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor full-funnel marketing performance and identify insights and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management covering performance indicators, revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, status updates, and KPI reporting
  • Develop optimization strategies for audiences, messaging, content, segmentation, offers, and other campaign tactics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and go-to-market partners on lead follow-up, feedback loops, and acquisition priorities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, digital marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
  • B2B SaaS experience required; EdTech experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows in marketing
  • Experience managing and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including success measurement
  • Experience working in a CRM system such as Salesforce, including campaigns, opportunities, and related data analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Practical experience with Excel, including data sorting, filtering, cleanup, basic formulas, and pivot tables, preferred
  • Currently located in the United States and able to work without sponsorship
  • Suitable space providing a private and quiet workplace
  • Ability to work adjusted schedules as needed
  • Ability to perform prolonged sitting, sustained visual focus, and frequent keyboard and mouse use
  • Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, and lift or carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
