About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the month-end reporting process for a portfolio of Management Partnerships
Prepare management accounts, including management fee and profit-share calculations
Review P&Ls and balance sheets for accuracy and completeness
Deliver variance analysis and commentary against budget and prior performance
Track partnership KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities
Contribute to quarterly board reporting and investor updates
Build relationships with operational teams and provide financial analysis and commercial support
Serve as subject matter expert for assigned Management Agreements
Support external partners with financial queries and reporting requirements
Help shape annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
Monitor capital expenditure and ensure appropriate financial allocation
Review AR/AP activity and maintain robust financial controls
Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities
Support strategic and ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience
Strong accounting and financial reporting background
Experience producing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking
Property or real estate sector experience desirable
Knowledge of management agreements and partnership structures desirable
Experience working with SAP ByDesign and/or Salesforce desirable
Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives desirable
