About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to cutting-edge AI/ML research and development
- Deliver analytical, machine learning, and AI solutions supporting products focused on improving customer experience, increasing revenue, and improving business efficiency
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering
- Train, evaluate, and tune machine learning models
- Develop and maintain robust, efficient code using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Document code, experiments, and results
- Collaborate with experienced researchers and other engineers
- Work across the machine learning lifecycle from data preprocessing and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Work within an agile development model alongside a product manager and other engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g. Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Applied Mathematics, IT)
- 3+ years of experience of analytical methods and their proper application
- 3+ years of experience using AI/ML and data science software, including Python-based tools
- MUST HAVE experience using Gen AI technologies
- Experience using Cloud Platforms and AI Platforms
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of GCP (preferred)
- Expertise in open-source data science technologies such as Python, R, Spark, SQL (preferred)
- Conceptual understanding of data pipelines and MLOps (preferred)
