About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build project plans defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Support AI organization operations and culture-building through internal and external events
  • Define KPIs for AI success, source necessary data, and measure initiative impact with data analysts
  • Facilitate and manage committee operations
  • Run daily standups for AI working groups and remove impediments with technical leads
  • Maintain organizational communication through file management, communication channels, and SharePoint resources
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on project/program management methodologies, best practices, and tools
  • Provide strategic guidance and decision-making support to project teams
  • Address complex issues, mitigate risks, and optimize outcomes
  • Track metrics and KPIs to monitor project health and strategic alignment
  • Analyze and report project performance to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay current on innovation, continuous improvement methodologies, industry trends, and emerging project-management technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience across all phases of the development life cycle
  • Familiarity with agile practices
  • Experience in risk management, mitigation, and contingency planning
  • Experience in change/issue management and dependency identification
  • Experience in demand management and backlog refinement
  • Experience building strategic roadmaps with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills in a global environment
  • Empathy and care for customers and teams
  • Detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands
  • Experience embedding AI initiatives and AI-enabled practices into project management workflows
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
