About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain program deliverables for assigned vehicle programs from pre-program planning through launch
  • Serve as the Supply Chain point of view (PoV) owner
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, milestone readiness, and program execution
  • Provide program status, risk assessments, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Develop and maintain program workplans, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Monitor milestone readiness, identify risks, and drive timely issue resolution
  • Partner with Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance (STA), and Program Management
  • Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional program reviews and provide executive-level reporting
  • Analyze program data and performance metrics to support business case development, financial planning, program initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Provide Supply Chain input into program milestone reviews
  • Enhance program management processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution to improve efficiency, visibility, and program outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program Management, or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining, business case development, and interpreting complex data to drive decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations
  • Experience with Ariba, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes and product development milestone management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading sourcing activities for a commodity team
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Material Planning & Logistics, Purchasing, or Supplier Technical Assistance (STA)
  • Demonstrated commercial business acumen with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
