About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements related to the Ford Bill (Unified Billing) domain and recommend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and align solutions with business strategy
Work with the Product Owner to understand requirements and create Jira user stories
Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle
Develop business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups
Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and solution feasibility
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
Assist with testing and validation of solutions
Identify process improvements and recommend workflow optimization
Use AI to break down PRDs into user stories and create Jira user stories

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions
Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Experience working on a project involving AI for development and testing; hands-on AI experience preferred
