About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge communication between Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Leads to align technical roadmaps with business value streams
- Lead blueprinting sessions and joint working sessions to drive consensus on future-state business models and system integrations
- Build relationships across organizational boundaries and contribute to portfolio planning and integration
- Communicate relationships between strategic initiatives, business processes, applications, and technologies
- Develop and deliver training materials and learning sessions on architecture standards and methodologies
- Develop and implement architecture processes, standards, and methodologies
- Perform gap analysis and lead Architecture Governance reviews
- Ensure project-level deliverables align with enterprise standards
- Partner with Portfolio Architects to standardize and make business capability models and process maps reusable across product teams
- Manage architectural deliverables within Jira while maintaining governance requirements within agile delivery cycles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst, with a proven track record of presenting complex architectural concepts to business stakeholders and technical teams
- 2+ years of experience in strategy planning, requirements management, and conceptual business modeling (Current vs. Future State)
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise architecture tools such as YouDesign, Miro, Signavio, LeanIX, Microsoft Visio or similar
- 2+ years of robust analytical experience with a proven ability to leverage Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale ERP transformations, specifically involving SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, BPMN, or APQC (preferred)
- Familiarity with Ford-specific value streams, particularly in Finance (Plan to Report), Purchasing or Parts Supply & Logistics (preferred)
