About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track, evaluate, and forecast operational budget expenditures, specifically overtime and travel, against annual financial targets
- Coordinate preparation, routing, and tracking of Purchase Orders and administrative approvals
- Maintain team rosters, organizational charts, and team communication matrices
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards, operational health scorecards, and KPI reports
- Conduct workload analyses and resource allocation studies for capacity planning and engineering decision-making
- Identify administrative bottlenecks
- Deploy workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Excel VBA, and Python
- Integrate AI productivity tools to streamline reporting and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in the final year or recently graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Automotive), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Experience or interest in writing VBA macros
- Foundational knowledge of programming or scripting logic such as Python, SQL, or similar, applied to data manipulation and workflow automation
- Practical familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or LLMs
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure complex information and proactively drive continuous process improvements
- Professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Ability to document technical processes and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams
