About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Order Bank and raise central orders in the optimum best-seller mix
- Match customer demand to pipeline orders and determine healthy stock mixes in distribution compounds
- Align orders with best-selling forecast mixes and support production scheduling stability
- Monitor daily inventory and manage volume refills; place, amend, and cancel orders
- Keep Markets and Brand Teams updated on scheduling information, production changes, and constraints
- Coordinate MP1 programs and ensure MP1 orders are created on time and aligned with requested specifications
- Manage operational scheduling meetings
- Collect and communicate scheduling priorities with Brand Teams
- Monitor scheduling activity and advise what to commit
- Manage production prioritization, including ageing sold orders and other requests
- Manage Model Year changes, especially run-out and new features
- Maintain fleet ordering and contract amendment templates
- Cooperate in process improvements for central ordering
- Support Cross Market Trade and In Market Trade via the VISTA EU ordering system XMT tool
- Develop, maintain, and distribute Order Bank and Order Fulfilment reports
- Support markets with queries concerning units stuck in production and logistics-related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/College degree (logistics, business, economics, IT, engineering is advantage)
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and confidence explaining analysis and proposals to Management
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Systemic Thinking
- Good understanding of Sales, Services and Marketing functions and processes
- Ability to multitask, good time management skills, and attention to deadlines
- Creative, problem-solving personality with a “can do” and proactive attitude
- Holistic business and task view
- Knowledge of Order Management/Sales Reporting IT systems would be advantageous but not essential
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; confidence using and developing Excel spreadsheets
- Fluency in English with a high standard of written and verbal communication
- 40 hours per week
- Successful completion of a background check as part of the recruitment process
