About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate inputs from segments, skill teams, and GPO for senior management reviews
  • Lead ad-hoc studies and analyses requested by the CFO, Investor Relations, CMD, GLM, and others
  • Prepare and update desk procedures and internal requirements such as MCRP
  • Prepare and maintain working files for Actual, Forecast, and Earnings
  • Focus on process improvements and quality assurance
  • Interpret complex data and identify patterns to provide key decision-making highlights
  • Drive simplification, eliminate waste, and implement process improvements
  • Understand and challenge non-value-added regional and skill-team activities
  • Understand and monitor complex concepts such as Other Volume and Other OPE
  • Plan team work and coordinate meetings and communications with skill-team and segment leadership
  • Apply Ford financial processes and reporting, including IMPRS, Variance Reporting, and Timing
  • Perform volume-related analysis, including inventory, wholesale, and production movements across regions and segments
  • Coordinate multiple teams to ensure the total-company view is understandable to senior leadership
  • Manage late overlays and changes while maintaining alignment and minimizing disruption or rework
  • Manage non-EBIT items, including cash flow, specials, legal entity profits, total-company key physicals, and ROIC
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the Corporate instructions letter
  • Lead executive-level slide decks for the consolidated Forecast and business plan
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing with segment FP&A teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience working on a finance team, including at least 2 rotations
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and developing processes for a specific financial workstream
  • Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, including tie points
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong team-oriented approach
  • Highly motivated and emotionally resilient
  • Disciplined, flexible, and adaptive to leadership needs
  • Process-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in an FP&A or consolidation role may be an advantage
  • Experience with IMPRS, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint may be an advantage
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
