Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own intake and stand-up of new, undefined initiatives before they have an owner, plan, or process
  • Establish new reporting requirements, governance processes, architecture gap solutions, data ownership approaches, and operational readiness initiatives
  • Define problem statements, objectives, scope, and boundaries
  • Identify and engage stakeholders
  • Create project plans, timelines, and success criteria
  • Run working sessions and maintain momentum between check-ins
  • Escalate blockers and risks to leadership
  • Track leadership action items, workshop decisions, cross-functional risks, and dependencies to closure
  • Chase owners and report status back to leadership
  • Maintain RAID logs, status updates, steering committee materials, and portfolio visibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years in program/project coordination, software engineering, or a similar cross-functional individual-contributor role within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of ERP environments; SAP preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM environments; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to stand up structure—scope, plans, stakeholders, and cadence—for ambiguous, undefined initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive alignment across teams and represent leadership priorities without direct authority
  • Proven track record of tracking issues, decisions, and action items to closure in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience maintaining RAID logs, steering committee materials, and portfolio reporting
  • Experience designing or establishing governance processes preferred
  • Comfort building process and structure from scratch within a larger corporate parent preferred
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, energy, or other complex operational environments preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
