About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end development of FCSD’s long-range strategy
- Synthesize market intelligence, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and financial analysis into strategic choices
- Design and lead execution systems, operational cadence, governance structures, and decision frameworks
- Lead strategic problem solving for market positioning, portfolio strategy, go-to-market model, expansion, and competitive response
- Build and maintain a fact base integrating market data, customer behavior, competitor intelligence, and financial modeling
- Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and transformation team
- Advise senior leadership and the executive team, frame trade-offs, and lead strategic dialogues
- Drive organizational alignment and transformation across product, technology, marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy and transformation with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of experience with a master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with direct accountability for enterprise-level strategic outcomes
- Proven executive presence and track record advising C-suite and senior leadership on complex strategic decisions
- Ability to lead, structure, and develop high-performing strategy teams
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving capability and analytical ability
- Track record of driving large-scale organizational change in complex, matrixed organizations
- Outstanding executive communication skills in written and verbal form
- Preferred: prior VP, Director, or Principal-level experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or in-house strategy function at a global company
- Preferred: experience owning product strategy, go-to-market strategy, or business unit P&L at scale, including international markets
- Preferred: experience leading strategic planning at business-unit or enterprise level, including portfolio prioritization, investment allocation, and long-range planning
- Preferred: experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or M&A
