About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation, modification, and management of HCM course requests.
  • Design and maintain the ELD Analytics reporting system.
  • Maintain communication channels and trigger weekly communications incorporating current learning strategies and events.
  • Host and support onsite events before, during, and after delivery, including PD Talks and Tech Shows.
  • Co-lead supplier touchpoints and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and implement ELD process efficiencies, including Supplier Directory and e-Learning Self-Service.
  • Support the ELD team with ad hoc or emergent requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or currently in the final year of university. Preferred degree fields: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
  • Data analysis and visualization skills; knowledge of Power BI or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, or Visual Basic.
  • Project management skills, including communicating project plans and status updates using appropriate tools.
  • Strong collaborative decision-making skills and ability to build relationships, establish trust, and achieve organizational alignment.
  • Passion for learning and continuing education.
  • Ability to multitask and remain self-motivated.
  • Ability to evolve ambiguous projects into defined, actionable plans.
