About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run the existing one-make series, including Mustang Cup USA & Australia and Mustang Challenge North America
  • Develop and implement market strategies to grow and increase visibility of OMS Mustang platforms
  • Drive vehicle sales, customer acquisition and driver development programs
  • Define strategies for Ford Racing entry into additional markets such as Latin America and Europe
  • Identify, analyze and present recommendations for new revenue sources
  • Coordinate with OMS customers on championship entries, vehicle sales, parts sales and vehicle delivery
  • Manage series and event topics and key stakeholders, including customers, sanctioning bodies, agencies and suppliers
  • Work cross-functionally with Ford Racing Competition, Engineering, Sales and Marketing
  • Achieve KPIs and ensure consistency in program implementation and customer experience
  • Implement a consistent customer and brand experience across motorsports efforts
  • Manage relationships with new and existing championship partners and grow the platform as a B2B opportunity
  • Prepare presentations on program initiatives for company stakeholders
  • Manage logistics and operations for future Mustang Challenge Global Invitational events
  • Liaise with production and engineering teams on volume planning and Dark Horse R vehicle development
  • Develop global OMS guidelines and regulations standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field of study
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Motorsport, customer racing, engineering, sales, strategy, or related areas
  • Prior customer racing experience
  • Varied exposure and knowledge across Sports Car Racing disciplines
  • Experience in series organization and championship management preferred
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed
  • Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue
  • Passion for Ford products and their capabilities
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
