About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure collaborative cross-functional delivery of key transformational initiatives and joint venture workflows
  • Oversee development of workplans and roadmaps
  • Monitor program and project progress and track milestone deliveries
  • Orchestrate cross-functional work and drive accountability across global teams
  • Represent the Voice of the Dealer and Technician when interfacing with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain a Voice of the Customer mindset and drive continuous operational improvement
  • Act as single point of contact on key initiatives
  • Direct and coach teams on workplans and execution of OTA initiatives and JV support plan development
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-company collaboration
  • Engage leadership and escalate barriers or breakdowns
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable for milestone deliveries
  • Coordinate handoffs to Diagnostics, Publications, and Systems launch deliverable teams
  • Build a repository of JV best practices
  • Document support plan development, organization, and execution approaches
  • Coordinate change control management
  • Work with global Design For Service counterparts to provide an aligned FCSD voice to the Program Team
  • Ensure alignment with global partners on workplans
  • Build JV knowledge and expertise and develop a generic approach to future JV partnerships
  • Role-model Ford OS behaviors and develop the team in Excellence, Focus, and Collaboration
  • Promote work-life balance and use empowerment, coaching, counseling, feedback, team building, and process improvements to develop employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with program management
  • 5+ years of experience with business office management
  • 5+ years of experience with budgeting / PO management
  • 5+ years of experience with people leadership
  • Knowledge of Ford diagnostics deliverables and systems preferred
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across Ford Customer Service Division and other Enterprise partners
  • Ability to utilize data and customer insights to influence strategic decisions and identify opportunities to improve people, processes, and platforms
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Reliable and diligent work style
  • Collaborative team-player approach
  • Focus on continuous development of self and others
  • Ability to work independently, think forward, and work with all levels of management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
