About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set direction, objectives, and priorities for the product management team
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ecommerce product managers
  • Lead a portfolio of ecommerce product teams responsible for customer-facing experiences and foundational commerce platforms
  • Guide product strategy for search, recommendations, personalization, and AI-enabled customer experiences
  • Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation
  • Own and monitor key commerce metrics, customer feedback, and research
  • Establish and scale experimentation using A/B testing, customer research, and analytics
  • Define and execute omnichannel product strategy and roadmap across Ford.com, Lincoln.com, mobile applications, dealer touchpoints, marketplaces, and emerging commerce channels
  • Guide products across discovery, browse, product detail, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences
  • Partner with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, marketing, operations, and senior stakeholders
  • Shape requirements, make trade-offs, remove roadblocks, and deliver accessible, reliable, and engaging customer experiences
  • Plan resources and manage budgets for product initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce product management
  • 3+ years of experience managing products across the ecommerce funnel, such as discovery, browse, and purchase
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile product organizations
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing ecommerce platforms at scale
  • 1+ year(s) of experience leading Product Managers or other product leaders
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with experimentation and A/B testing
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with personalization and recommendation technologies
  • 6 months + experience leveraging AI-powered product capabilities
  • Experience working on ecommerce for automotive accessories or aftermarket components
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce technologies, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver measurable results
  • Experience with marketplace or omnichannel commerce
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours is expected
