About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Initiate, develop, and prepare technical trainings for technicians based on training materials received from FCSD-E TSO and TTT seminars
Implement and execute technical trainings and organize necessary training materials
Monitor dealers/importers’ participation in trainings, appraisals, and special wishes related to training content/plans
Ensure the Technical Training Centre is prepared for planned technical trainings and check exercises
Prepare and carry out training curriculums to measure and train technicians and maintain high repair and maintenance standards
Record all activities in STARS
Provide technical information and guidance to dealers on technical issues registered by the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC)
Liaise with FCSD-E Technical Hotline and PVT, PCE & PD teams
Handle GCR and manage “White alert” matters
Visit dealers in urgent or special cases to collect information needed to resolve technical issues
Provide TSO and relevant departments with information enabling them to find solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical University or College Degree
Native speaker of Hungarian language
Good command of English
Good communication and presentation skills
Good and strong technical background, preferably in automotive fields
PC skills
Driving licence
Successful interview followed by background checks as part of the recruitment process
