About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, lead, execute, and support the Hyper Automation initiative, evolving it toward AI-driven and agentic automation
Support Ford of Mexico strategic priorities
Design and build agentic AI solutions for internal stakeholders, including multi-agent systems that automate and optimize end-to-end workflows such as procurement, scoping, and reporting
Adapt solutions to the enterprise perspective on end-to-end processes and changes in the corporate low-code and automation tooling landscape
Continuously optimize team deliverables and tasks by applying AI and automation to reduce cycle times, remove manual effort, and improve quality
Monitor external and internal products, industry benchmarks, AI advancements, and competitive information
Use project and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods, including product backlogs and capacity plans
Ensure on-time delivery using Agile practices such as paired programming and automated testing
Support change management strategy and processes, including awareness of corrective actions for value plans
Create clear technical and user documentation for enhancements and delivered projects
Collaborate with the team, developers around the globe, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience with Python 3.x and Java/JavaScript
2+ years of experience with SQL/PostgreSQL
2+ years of hands-on experience with at least one enterprise automation/low-code platform, such as Pega Platform, Pega Robotic Automation, Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent
1+ year of experience with web services, REST APIs, cloud technology, and JSON
1+ year of experience building solutions with LLMs and/or agentic frameworks
2+ years of strong knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and architecture
English proficiency, written and verbal
Great communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to understand and operate in a global context
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively
Results-driven and detail-oriented
Ability to partner with others and foster teamwork, with a positive attitude and self-motivation
Effective stakeholder relationships
Desired: analytical skills for creating and validating business cases
Desired: experience building multi-agent/agentic AI systems, such as Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks
Desired: experience with Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD tools, and pipelines such as Tekton or Cloud Build
Desired: experience with Jira, Rally, backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile tools
Desired: 1+ year of experience with Power BI
