About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive FordPro.com’s digital web experience as an always-on digital storefront for commercial fleet customers
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day website contact for Ford Pro business teams, GDIA, and Enterprise Technology
  • Map, build, and optimize end-to-end Shop, Buy, and Own customer journeys
  • Bridge digital touchpoints with offline commercial dealer and field sales channels
  • Drive digital merchandising across vehicles, software, service, and commercial financing
  • Lead website optimization, personalization, and A/B/multivariate testing programs
  • Improve traffic quality, engagement, lead generation, vehicle reservation/ordering conversion, and software/service adoption
  • Act as the digital web platform subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce platforms
  • Deliver dynamic content, personalized segments, and next-best actions
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic, funnel drop-offs, user behavior, and commercial conversion metrics
  • Establish KPIs, translate performance data into product and merchandising tactics, and report ROI and business impact to leadership
  • Incorporate commercial persona considerations into digital messaging and web tools
  • Lead cross-functional agency partners
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, and Software Engineers on roadmaps, backlogs, and release schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in digital web experience, eCommerce, or digital merchandising within complex enterprise environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on and strategic experience with Adobe Experience Manager/AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager/AEP
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud/CRM, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud and web lead-routing pipeline integration
  • Expertise in web operations, always-on content strategy, digital customer journey mapping across Shop, Buy, and Own, and conversion rate optimization
  • Knowledge of commercial fleet segments and their business and operational drivers
  • Proven experience managing complex merchandising across multi-product ecosystems
  • Understanding of technical SEO, taxonomy/navigation architecture, and website accessibility standards
  • Experience translating web analytics and customer behavior data into actionable optimization hypotheses
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agency partners, and influence technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Automotive experience and B2B SaaS experience are preferred
  • Direct B2B eCommerce, commercial vehicle configuration, or commercial quoting experience is preferred
  • Agile/Scrum product operating model experience is preferred
  • Agency management experience leading creative and production partners is preferred
