About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the portfolio of paid subscribers and understand subscriber, conversion, retention, and revenue targets across Integrated Services Retail product lines
  • Convert risks and opportunities into targeted, executable growth initiatives with owners, launch dates, and measurable success criteria
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of scoped and sized growth opportunities across conversion, retention, and win-back
  • Partner with the D2C team to drive trial-to-paid conversion across trial and single-unlock funnels
  • Drive retention and win-back by diagnosing churn drivers and deploying targeted interventions through Marketing, Promotions, and Product
  • Partner with Digital Product to analyze funnel, feature-level, and engagement metrics and provide evidence-based input to the product roadmap and in-vehicle/in-app experience
  • Manage the growth test-and-learn agenda, sequence experiments, measure lift, and codify scalable practices
  • Supply growth actions and quantified upside into the Risk & Opportunity process, business plan, and weekly business performance review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, subscription or lifecycle management, commercial/go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business operations
  • Experience sizing and prioritizing growth opportunities and translating them into initiatives with quantified expected impact
  • Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional partners without direct authority, working effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
  • Strong analytical fluency, including interrogating funnel, cohort, and churn data and connecting operational levers to financial outcomes
  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in subscription, recurring-revenue, or consumer digital businesses, including trial conversion, churn, and win-back programs (preferred)
  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, or app engagement programs as growth levers (preferred)
  • Experience with partner-sourced or channel-driven customer acquisition (preferred)
  • Familiarity with experimentation design and incrementality measurement (preferred)
  • Experience in automotive/OEM or dealer-network environments (preferred)
  • Proficiency with BI and analytics platforms; SQL a plus (preferred)
  • Understanding of global markets and international business operations (preferred)
