About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of the Uptime data strategy and support management of core Uptime metrics, including RO Duration and 7-day and 29-day resolution rates
  • Proactively analyze trends, identify root causes of underperformance, and surface improvement opportunities
  • Establish and maintain always-on monitoring of Uptime data across FCSD, Lincoln, and Ford Pro
  • Build dashboards and reporting cadences that flag emerging risks and performance shifts in near real time
  • Develop the Uptime strategy roadmap with Uptime leadership
  • Build business plans and financial models connecting RO Duration and Uptime Assist performance to parts and service revenue growth and cost efficiency
  • Build data-backed business cases and financial forecasts to prioritize investment in Uptime initiatives
  • Translate data insights into actionable, resourced plans
  • Prioritize a portfolio of Uptime-focused initiatives and identify training and scaling opportunities
  • Collaborate across FCSD, dealer operations, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
  • Define and refine KPIs tied to RO Duration and Uptime Assist performance
  • Conduct root-cause deep dives, develop PDCA through problem solving, and iterate on strategy for continuous improvement
  • Use Uptime data insights to define dealership capabilities and change management needs
  • Present data insights, business plans, and recommendations through metrics-driven presentations and reports
  • Liaise with delivery partners to define actions, RACI, and project management plans for data-informed products and experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, strategic analysis, data analytics or program management, with significant involvement in developing business cases and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated experience working with operational or performance data, such as service, warranty, reliability, or customer experience metrics
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases, forecasts, and financial models
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize large or complex datasets into clear, actionable, financially grounded plans
  • Comfort working directly with data tools and dashboards to monitor performance trends and proactively flag risks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong self-direction and ownership for an individual contributor role
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Direct experience with Ford Uptime Assist, Reacquired Vehicle spend and volume, RO Duration reporting, or similar dealer/service performance metrics (preferred)
  • Parts and Service experience (preferred)
  • Experience with reliability engineering, warranty strategy, or service performance analytics in the automotive sector (preferred)
  • Experience building or managing real-time or near-real-time performance dashboards (preferred)
  • Experience with digital transformation strategies tied to service/business operations (preferred)
  • Experience in global markets (preferred)
  • Field and Dealer experience (preferred)
  • Experience with data analytics and forecasting tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
