  • Bridge Electronics, Mechanical Hardware, Features, Controls, and Software teams
  • Define electro-mechanical requirements, interfaces, subsystem electrical architectures, and system performance specifications
  • Test and validate electro-mechanical subsystems
  • Apply standardized templates, mathematical models, and engineering frameworks to vehicle programs
  • Decompose feature- and system-level requests into synchronized mechanical, electrical, and software requirements
  • Develop Subsystem Boundary Diagrams, Interface Control Documents, and Subsystem Electrical Block Diagrams
  • Lead vehicle-build issue triage across Breadboard, HIL, and plant-floor environments
  • Investigate data logs, identify root causes, and define containment plans for cross-domain failures
  • Align Agile software sprints with Waterfall mechanical hardware timelines
  • Manage subsystem timelines, risk mitigation plans, and integration readiness against GPDS milestones
  • Ensure traceability from feature intent to component execution
  • Develop subsystem verification and sign-off plans
  • Deliver boundary diagrams, CDS specifications, transfer-function models, integration-readiness reviews, root-cause and containment plans, and verification/sign-off plans
