About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for parts analysis, cataloging, technical illustration, new model launch readiness, and Motorcraft authoring
- Drive modernization of enterprise parts systems and AI-enabled innovation
- Direct operational teams across NA Parts Analysis, Part Releasing, Cataloging, Technical Illustration, New Model Launch, and Motorcraft Authoring
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational direction to Ford personnel, agency contractors, purchased services, and GBS teams
- Architect and execute Parts Releasing and Catalog Modernization strategy
- Define requirements, evaluate software solutions, secure global alignment, build business cases, and lead system testing and enterprise implementation
- Integrate AI-driven tools and process automation to improve catalog data quality and accelerate time-to-market
- Develop strategic plans and tactical roadmaps using data analytics, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Oversee catalog publication across three Electronic Parts Catalogs, Motorcraft, and downstream enterprise users
- Manage data licensing and commercial catalog agreements
- Prioritize system enhancements, maintenance, and defect resolution
- Establish global standards, governance models, and authoring guidelines
- Drive New Model Program readiness to achieve at least 98% service part availability at the Ok to Buy milestone
- Partner with Product Development and Warranty teams to reduce complexity, eliminate waste, and deliver cost savings and cost avoidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Parts Analysis, including Advanced Service Releasing, New Model Launch, Current, and Past Model Releasing operations (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across domestic and global organizations at all leadership levels
- Experience leading or contributing to complex IT/systems projects through requirements definition, design, UAT, and enterprise deployment
- Experience with WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter, CAD, GCAT, and PCII
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience or strong familiarity with AI technologies, including evaluating and implementing practical AI use cases (preferred)
- Strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
