About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development of product propositions and prioritized customer experiences
- Support identification of winning aspirations and profitability objectives
- Translate customer priorities into actionable items and drive feature creation and prioritization
- Support customer research events
- Support development of cost targets aligned with profitability and revenue strategies
- Lead business case analyses of program choices and optimize corporate financial targets
- Support definition of FAR business strategy using design thinking and strategic choice cascades
- Drive ecosystem business model development
- Support development of prioritized portfolio investment proposals
- Lead strategic deep dives and explore white-space innovation opportunities
- Ensure robust business case development for Global Cycle Plan actions
- Analyze and manipulate data from various sources
- Support development of project plans
- Apply AI and ML technology under guidance
- Assist in visualizing data and interpreting results
- Participate in communicating results to different audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or Business degree required
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning/thinking with a global/enterprise mindset
- Ability to shape product strategy using project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency, written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python programming for AI and Data Science
- Experience with 6-Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality management
- Bachelor student of Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, or a similar technical discipline
