About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to automate manual, repetitive cost-reduction and engineering tasks
  • Build and maintain Power Apps solutions to digitize workflows and centralize data collection
  • Support creation, organization, and tracking of Jira tickets and boards
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time cost status, project progress, and key metrics
  • Prepare concise, high-level summaries and dashboards for review with Chief Engineers
  • Translate detailed technical and cost data into clear executive-level insights
  • Collaborate with engineers, cost analysts, and platform leads to align tools and reports with stakeholder needs and priorities
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and digital tooling efforts across engines, transmissions, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related hardware

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required to communicate with global teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
