About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver process mining projects using SAP Signavio or another process mining tool
- Lead process mining solution implementation
- Coordinate with business, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with business partners and process re-engineers
- Design, analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create and implement process mining solutions for specific business needs
- Provide consulting expertise to improve year-on-year solution development efficiency
- Analyze Ford’s business processes using advanced technologies and data-based modeling
- Assist business customers in integrating real-time data into decision-making and process execution
- Ensure quality of deliverables using project management and process mining best practices
- Generate project status reports, process mining insights, and improvement recommendations
- Support acquisition of new projects, use cases, and business areas
- Develop intellectual property and integrate service offerings with emerging technologies
- Benchmark processes against industry standards and drive improvements to ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience with significant expertise in process mining using Signavio, business intelligence, and data analytics
- Strong preference for experience with SAP Signavio and Power BI
- Specialization in data engineering, dashboard development, process discovery, technology consulting, data mining, business intelligence, big data, cloud computing, or BPMN
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, BI tools including Data Fusion and Power BI, Google Cloud platforms, and SAP Signavio or another process mining tool
- Familiarity with process management, Python, Java, and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage discussions
