About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
- Lead milestone assessments, report-outs to Director level, and papers to ensure on-time approvals
- Engage in new business proposals and business cases
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Lead or support TPMT for responsible commodities
- Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Program PMT meetings
- Collect and enter Integrator assessments
- Provide Finance team support
- Coordinate with Team of Four groups and Purchasing to ensure delivery progress
- Drive FMA process to meet delivery milestones
- Write DRPs and drive approvals
- Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM
- Support prototype build requirements, dyno kit ordering, and builds
- Support WERS release
- Track issues via JIRA
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in engineering preferred; Business/Accounting will be considered as well
- 2 years of Powertrain experience
- 1 year of project management in an automotive or similar domain
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- FEDEBOM experience
- Global Integrator knowledge
- WERS experience
- Microsoft Office application fluency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
