About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
  • Lead milestone assessments, presentations up to Director level, and evidence management
  • Lead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team) for the assigned commodity
  • Act as transmission lead/SPOC in vehicle program meetings
  • Collect and enter Integrator assessments
  • Provide Finance, Purchasing, Planning, and Manufacturing team support
  • Coordinate with Team of Four groups
  • Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM/3DX
  • Support WERS/3DX release
  • Support Manufacturing and Capacity Planning PATs
  • Coordinate with Transmission Systems Engineers to resolve program issues
  • Support prototype vehicle sign-off

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clear and concise communication both written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office application fluency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience with Transmission or Powertrain knowledge
  • Knowledge of WERS, Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, e3p, Team Center, and 3DX
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
