About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments capabilities
  • Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering and design in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for features and product launches, ensuring instrumentation and measurement plans before go-live
  • Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify opportunities, and inform prioritization
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, risk/compliance, finance, and operations stakeholders
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research within the payments space
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and drive decisions
  • Champion experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product ownership role, ideally within a technical or platform-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions, including dashboards, experimentation, and defining success metrics
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system constraints
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with payments processing, receivables, ACH, or related financial transaction systems is a plus but not required
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1+ years of Product Manager experience, payments experience, engineering experience, and data analytics experience are listed as 'Even better' qualifications
