About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and guide discussions, ask pertinent questions, and facilitate connections across teams, including the data team
  • Articulate the roles of different teams, such as data and process teams
  • Understand and articulate attribute groups, attribute values, business-context solutions, and API presence
  • Identify opportunities and deliver key enablers
  • Extract and build solutions and demo equivalents from pain points, use cases, screenshots, out-of-the-box capabilities, identified waste, and meeting discussions
  • Perform content creation and hands-on execution tasks
  • Quickly build processes and small data models
  • Facilitate infrastructure needs, such as securing a server
  • Structure problems logically, distinguish important from trivial tasks, and delegate effectively
  • Generate requirements and solutions for the program pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated logical thinking, ability to structure problems, and critical assessment skills
  • Strong understanding of data and its implications
  • Versatility across various aspects of product development
  • Belief in the LPD program's vision
  • Relevant credentials as a subject matter expert, suitable for an analyst or consultant level role
  • Ability to handle delegated tasks from leadership
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
