About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule work orders to work in progress
  • Coordinate with MPC operations regarding constraints, prioritization of uptime, VORs, and escalated VINs
  • Coordinate with SCM regarding release variations and visibility for recalls and abnormal inbound materials
  • Work with Supplier Compliance to streamline supplier issues
  • Schedule inbound service parts to ensure adequate material at each packaging workstation
  • Maximize output and prioritize customer-impacted items such as Vehicles Off-Road, recalls, and top fill loss
  • Develop and drive processes using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, and Python
  • Develop and drive metrics to meet objectives
  • Maintain 98% schedule accuracy and 100% schedule adherence
  • Review upcoming material releases and plan for high-impact items in advance
  • Review aged ASNs, WOs, and STOs
  • Coordinate with MPC operations, SCM, transportation, suppliers, and purchasing
  • Respond within 48 hours to critical customer escalations
  • Meet cycle-time, VOR, ageing-metric, schedule-accuracy, and schedule-adherence objectives

Requirements
