About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive cross-functional teams to achieve program delivery using product/program, cost, communication, people, and process expertise
- Manage TVM cost-reduction actions, minor/micro program launches, and engineering change implementations
- Analyze and follow up on high-aging cost-reduction actions
- Consolidate plans and support engineering information for items not progressing in the program
- Generate a new IA tool for take-rate analysis using current program management tools
- Automate TVM tracking using tools such as Copilot or IA
- Assign lead design and release engineering to new C2 Bronco and Maverick cost-reduction actions
- Support physical review events for cost-reduction ideas at GTBC
- Lead management meeting minutes for the C2 program team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, Mechatronics, or Computer Science Engineering
- IA expertise
- Microsoft Power Platform proficiency
- Microsoft Office management, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Highly organized and disciplined, with practical time management skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills to build relationships between program teams, marketing, and vehicle operations
- Written and oral communication skills
