About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Recall & Service Programs Program Manager
- Coordinate and participate in Field Service Action planning, development, and launch meetings
- Coordinate the development, validation, approval, and publication of dealer bulletins and owner communications
- Work with engineering representatives to define concerns and ensure robust corrective actions
- Conduct Field Service Action service trials to ensure technical instructions are feasible and accurate
- Coordinate launch planning with PS&L and DSP to ensure required parts and software are available
- Optimize repair procedures, part requirements, and supplier costs to minimize corporate warranty spend
- Support development of Field Service Action Fact Sheets for Field Review Committee meetings
- Ensure all affected markets are considered in planning, development, and launch processes
- Establish appropriate Field Service Action edit controls with warranty administration
- Ensure programs are administered as approved in GCAMP
- Monitor post-launch field performance and make program adjustments as needed
- Assist dealers, FCSD functional activities, and regional markets with Field Service Action concerns
- Support the SSSC in providing accurate, high-quality, timely assistance to dealers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 2+ years of automotive experience (dealer, supplier, assembly plant, retail auto parts store, or similar)
- 1+ years of experience leading a team or project (directly or indirectly)
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written required
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficient
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the capability of organizing & managing numerous projects simultaneously from inception/feasibility, through implementation
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Automotive Technical Background preferred
- MMP and E_Cat (electronic parts catalog) experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work as a team yet take action independently
