About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG) team as the operational and administrative backbone of safety-defect and compliance investigations
  • Track investigation timelines, action items, deliverables, project plans, dashboards, and RAID logs
  • Schedule investigation-related meetings, coordinate agendas, facilitate discussions, capture minutes and action items, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and investigation documentation in accordance with document-retention and regulatory requirements
  • Support submission of regulatory documentation when necessary
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and information gathering among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations
  • Coordinate logistics for special vehicle and component demonstrations, special tests, and field surveys
  • Maintain the lessons-learned tracker and repository
  • Partner with regional and global teams to coordinate resolution of worldwide vehicle concerns
  • Monitor multiple concurrent investigations and proactively flag risks
  • Support process-improvement and recall-prevention initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar program/project management certification may be advantageous
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings or facilitating task forces in an engineering, automotive, or regulatory environment may be advantageous
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, or compliance investigation processes may be advantageous
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
