About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated program-management support to the CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair.
  • Track investigation timelines, action items, deliverables, risks, and multiple concurrent investigations using project plans, trackers, dashboards, and RAID logs.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate investigation-related meetings, including agendas, discussions, minutes, action items, and follow-up.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, investigation documentation, and regulatory submissions in accordance with document-retention and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and information-gathering among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations.
  • Coordinate logistics for special vehicle and component demonstrations, special tests, and field surveys.
  • Maintain lessons-learned repositories and trackers to support process improvement and recall prevention.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to coordinate resolution of worldwide vehicle concerns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar program/project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings or facilitating task forces in an engineering, automotive, or regulatory environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, or compliance investigation processes is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
