About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Optimize Product Detail Pages, including attribution, tagging, page layout, images, reviews, and Customer Generated Content
  • Manage taxonomy optimization, including navigation and filters, collaborating with SEO and UX teams
  • Optimize internal and external search terms
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer shopping experience, sales, conversion, and profit performance
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Merchandising Managers and business teams on strategy, objectives, and priorities
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies
  • Work with analytics and experimentation teams on comprehensive site-audit strategies
  • Support promotions, seasonal collections, media, CRM, and content events
  • Enrich product data with facets, filters, attribution, and product details; cleanse inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant data
  • Complete categorization and enrichment for browse experiences, collection pages, gift guides, and other content and channel destinations
  • Plan and roll out experiences with cross-functional partners during product go-live
  • Create Jira epics, stories, resource assignments, and sprints
  • Analyze and interpret data, manage Excel, and understand financial information
  • Manage multiple projects and onsite assets while collaborating across functions to improve the digital shopping experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in eCommerce site merchandising
  • 1+ years of knowledge of Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Governance, and Master Data Management best practices
  • 1+ years of experience with SEO and SEM
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Stibo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, ContentSquare, PowerReviews/BazaarVoice, and Medallia (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI for content or product optimization (preferred)
