About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build and manage Informatica IDMC integrations and dataflows using Cloud App Integration, Data Integration & Replication, and Customer 360 MDM products
- Integrate Informatica solutions with the Ford Credit ecosystem using API-based and event-based patterns leveraging GCP native products
- Coach teammates on design patterns and software engineering practices
- Integrate with, build and maintain business-critical software solutions using Java and Spring Boot with hexagonal architecture
- Apply and evolve AI-assisted development techniques
- Lead and guide the breakdown of requirements into implementable work within a Lean-centric SAFe process framework
- Contribute to shared learning across the team and broader organization
- Design, implement, maintain, document and evolve solutions for the Informatica MDM SaaS platform
- Solve complex problems and guide projects and features through definition, implementation and deployment
- Mentor others on the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Notable hands-on training or certification with Informatica MDM
- At least five years’ experience developing solutions in Informatica MDM
- Expertise with taskflow engineering, backend data integration and modeling, match-merge and survivorship, and ingress/egress patterns
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery for Informatica configurations and custom solution source code
- Recent experience integrating Informatica MDM SaaS with low-latency business processes at scale
- Expertise with XQuery, XPath, SQL/NoSQL, ETL, JSON/ETL, CAI, CDI, CDQ and X360 IDMC products
- Experience designing and documenting Informatica solutions, including Mermaid and C4 modeling
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for Informatica CAI, CDI and similar integration products
- Experience implementing software with Java, Spring and GitHub
- Experience managing work with Jira
- Strong oral and written communication skills with technical and business audiences
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Informatica Professional-level certifications are a plus
- GCP Associate or higher certifications are a plus
