About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and continuously evolve the multi-year strategic vision for FordPro.com
- Align digital experience strategy with Ford Pro’s commercial business goals, customer segment priorities, and competitive landscape
- Translate the vision into a prioritized, resourced roadmap
- Advocate for FordPro.com’s digital strategy with senior leadership across Ford Pro, Marketing, and Enterprise Technology
- Build consensus, secure investment, and report business impact and ROI at the executive level
- Build, lead, mentor, and grow the website strategy and experience team
- Own the budget, prioritization framework, and business case development for major website journeys
- Inform platform capabilities, martech tooling, personalization/AI initiatives, and major experience redesigns
- Define the strategic framework for FordPro.com’s Vehicles, Software/Telematics, Charging, Service, and Financing ecosystem
- Establish governing principles for customer journey design, personalization, accessibility, SEO, and merchandising
- Define KPIs and success metrics including brand awareness, funnel conversion, lead quality, revenue/ROI, customer satisfaction, and platform health
- Use data to inform strategic pivots and hold the team accountable
- Monitor competitive, technology, and customer trends including e-commerce, AI/personalization, and commercial B2B buying behavior
- Set the operating model and governance for internal teams and external agency partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital web strategy
- Significant experience within complex enterprise environments
- People leadership managing digital/web teams
- Automotive experience
- Experience setting and executing a multi-year digital strategy and roadmap
- Experience building business cases and securing executive-level investment
- Strategic and working knowledge of enterprise martech ecosystems, including Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce
- Ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing digital teams
- Deep understanding of digital customer journey strategy (Shop, Buy, Own)
- Experience with conversion optimization and digital merchandising across complex, multi-product portfolios
- Working knowledge of commercial fleet segments: SMB, Regional/Vocational, Enterprise, Municipal/Government
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical and financially literate; able to translate performance data and market trends into strategic recommendations and resourcing decisions
- Commercial automotive, fleet management, B2B SaaS, or commercial equipment industry experience at a strategic/leadership level (preferred)
- Experience leading digital transformation or major platform/replatforming initiatives (preferred)
- Experience building or scaling a digital website organization from the ground up (preferred)
- Experience managing multi-agency ecosystems and negotiating statements of work/vendor contracts (preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
