About the role

  • Develop and deliver Lincoln’s long-range strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive professional experience
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale and working across multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex business challenges into actionable recommendations
  • Business acumen and familiarity with market dynamics, competitive dynamics, trends, best practices, and company operations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and bringing creative solutions to complex business issues
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive leaders, including C-suite audiences
  • Interest or experience in teaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues or team members
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including executive presentations, analytical modeling, and written strategy documents
  • Previous roles within Strategy organizations or at Management Consulting firms in Manager, Senior Manager, or Director roles
  • Prior experience leading strategy projects and large-scale programs/projects at a global scale with cross-functional teams, specifically related to product launches or new business solutions
  • Prior experience leading business development efforts including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and deal execution
  • Relevant certifications, where applicable
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
