Key responsibilities & impact

Understand business objectives and deliver analytical solutions aligned with operational and strategic goals
Analyze supply chain, procurement, and operational data to support informed decision-making
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders
Work closely with global teams and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and reporting requirements
Drive process improvements through automation and data-driven recommendations
Support stakeholder engagement through effective communication, collaboration, and presentation of insights
Coordinate with operations teams and business partners to ensure timely delivery of data and reporting requirements
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in business reporting
Identify risks, trends, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple sources
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management presentations
Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure reporting quality and integrity
Demonstrate flexibility to work across different shift schedules based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, procurement analytics, or related business functions
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and business operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven experience collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or digital adaptability with Alteryx or similar analytics and automation tools
Knowledge or digital adaptability with dashboarding and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain performance metrics
Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
