About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive improvement in Fix It Right the First Time performance across U.S. and global markets
  • Lead cross-functional projects addressing drivers of Fix It Right the First Time “No” survey responses
  • Research root causes affecting repair quality and develop, deploy, and track countermeasures
  • Pull and analyze warranty, customer survey, dealer report, and connected vehicle data
  • Identify early warning trends, anomalies, and emerging service quality issues
  • Identify high-impact dealers and opportunities and prioritize actions by regional and global impact
  • Own global Fix It Right the First Time reporting, including regional performance, trends, and progress toward objectives
  • Build, maintain, and improve service quality dashboards and reporting tools
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, visualizations, and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews
  • Provide data-driven insights supporting root cause investigations
  • Shape strategic recommendations based on field data findings
  • Advise partner teams by translating complex data into clear, actionable stories
  • Collaborate with Technical Field Operations, CIDR, FSA teams, and Parts Supply & Logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and accurate report development
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong verbal communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize competing deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Automotive service or technical experience preferred
  • Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) field experience preferred
  • Experience developing, implementing, or using AI tools and automation solutions preferred
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience applying process- and quality-improvement methods preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau, and/or SQL or Python preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
