Key responsibilities & impact

Write APIs for dealer and consumer-facing web and mobile flows
Deliver consistent, optimized, resilient, documented, and secure solutions
Design and test efficient front-end and server-side solutions
Act as a technical lead and anchor
Mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI/UX designers during application feature development and support
Build resilient and scalable solutions in Java and cloud-native environments
Collaborate with technical groups on solution design, planning, and implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience OR a combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience building and maintaining complex enterprise web applications in microservice product architecture
In-depth expertise in Angular, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, webhooks, messaging frameworks, Docker, Elasticsearch, relational databases, NoSQL solutions, and Kafka
Experience migrating legacy applications to modern cloud-based architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience designing, developing, and implementing projects using GCP cloud computing technologies, databases, Redis, Istio, Multi-Tenant, and Single Tenant
Experience developing and deploying AI Agents
Knowledge of Continuous Delivery processes and tools, testing frameworks and practices
Knowledge of GitHub, Ready API, Terraform, and Tekton preferred
Understanding of the testing pyramid and ability to develop unit and API test suites using a “test-as-you-code” strategy
