About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Manager, Lincoln NA Business Office in executing key business priorities and operational initiatives
  • Develop presentations, executive communications, reporting, data analyses, and actionable business insights that support decision-making and evolving business needs
  • Leverage AI, process improvements, and innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve business outcomes
  • Support the communication, tracking, and execution of Lincoln Field objectives
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of key business meetings and communications, including Lincoln Go-To-Market broadcasts, SAR reviews, and Retailer Council activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support business priorities and operational objectives
  • Partner across Lincoln skill teams and Ford organizations to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and emerging business priorities to meet evolving organizational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in dealership operations, field operations, marketing, or a related business function with a track record of driving results and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into action
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across organizations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proven track record of taking on complex tasks and being proactive as a self-starter
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex initiatives on track
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using AI-powered tools to support decision-making, communication, and operational effectiveness
  • Automotive experience, with particular value on dealer engagement (preferred)
  • AI familiarity, especially proven process automation experience (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
