About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate discount agreements with universities and language schools as part of continuous education strategies
- Follow up Talent Development metrics
- Design and deploy learning strategies and training programs addressing employees' training needs
- Conduct training needs analysis to design programs for acquiring new skills and knowledge
- Assess deployed programs and improve them as necessary
- Lead internal communication strategy related to training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Communications, Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
- 90% English skills (oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Previous Learning experience is helpful but not required
