About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own delivery roadmaps for one or more DCC portfolio products
- Translate product vision and strategy into quarterly plans and milestones
- Plan pilots and releases, select users, establish baselines and track adoption, time saved and quality
- Manage dependencies across engineering, IT, security, data teams, leadership, subject-matter experts and program teams
- Lead integration and transition planning from legacy tools and processes
- Coordinate workstreams so products and components operate as one system
- Facilitate planning, reviews and retrospectives; structure work in Jira
- Surface risks, prototype-to-production gaps and schedule realities
- Drive user onboarding, feedback loops and change management
- Coordinate delivery across global teams and time zones
- Investigate complex technical problems, evaluate trade-offs and propose solutions
- Design and champion delivery practices, frameworks and governance
- Move between products as priorities shift
- Use AI to build plans, work breakdowns and dependency maps
- Use project data and AI to identify risks, bottlenecks and schedule slips
- Automate meeting notes, action items, Jira updates and progress summaries
- Run what-if scenarios for scope, resources and trade-offs
- Ensure AI use is transparent, secure and ethical
- Own delivery across the Calibration Platform, Planning Model and ML workstreams for Atlas, Ford's digital environment for powertrain calibration
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in technical program management, delivery management, or a similar role delivering software products or platforms
- Experience taking products toward production and real user adoption
- Ability to lead through influence without formal authority
- Strong command of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban and portfolio-level planning) and Jira
- Experience managing complex integrations and dependencies across multiple teams and legacy systems
- Technical depth in architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud platforms and AI/ML trade-offs
- Hands-on use of AI tools in program management work
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and become credible with subject-matter experts
- Strong knowledge of change management principles
- Clear, candid communication with engineers and senior leadership
- Bias for action and ability to create clarity without waiting for direction
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or engineering tools for technical users
- Preferred: automotive product development experience
- Preferred: resource planning or capacity modeling experience
- Preferred: regulated or compliance-sensitive environment experience
- Preferred: user adoption experience
- Preferred: global team experience across time zones
