About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and manage nationwide Ford Technician Ready Accelerated Certification (TRAC) programs
  • Identify prospective TRAC program locations and facilitate buy-in meetings with community colleges and Ford/Lincoln dealerships
  • Lead procurement of training vehicles and Ford-specific training aids
  • Guide colleges through classroom setup and assist dealerships with tooling purchases
  • Support colleges in hiring TRAC instructors and provide guidance on blended ASE/Ford curriculum
  • Plan and facilitate Open House and Ribbon Cutting events for new programs
  • Serve as the single point of contact between Ford and TRAC programs for communication, requests, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate projects, route inquiries, and track progress
  • Support recruitment of TRAC Technicians for new and existing programs
  • Ensure uniform standards and curriculum across participating colleges and technical schools
  • Build and maintain relationships with Ford teams, educational institutions, and dealerships
  • Integrate current technical curriculum and training materials into the ASSET program
  • Oversee development and updating of TRAC curriculum aligned with Ford vehicle technology and training standards
  • Monitor and certify new TRAC instructors
  • Provide administrative support to TRAC students and maintain access to Ford systems and resources
  • Ensure colleges receive required training materials, equipment, and training vehicles
  • Own KPIs, evaluate program effectiveness, develop reporting metrics, and create improvement plans and corrective actions
  • Forecast demand and identify locations for new programs using cross-functional input
  • Build data-driven business cases for program expansion using AI and analytics tools
  • Deliver data-driven presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying/forecasting trends, and providing actionable recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience developing KPIs, reporting metrics, and monitoring channels to track program health and effectiveness
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating multi-step logistics for new program launches, including vehicle/equipment procurement, classroom setup, tooling purchases, and Open House/Ribbon Cutting events
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency leveraging AI and analytics tools to build data-driven business cases for program expansion
  • Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across a nationwide network of programs, sites, and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail for tracking instructor certifications, contract statuses, class size/utilization, and graduate outcomes
  • Familiarity with automotive technology, curriculum development, and training standards
  • Comfort with administrative systems such as STARS, SPS, LMS, PTS/IDS/FDRS, Concur, and SharePoint, including troubleshooting access issues
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across Ford corporate teams, field teams, college administrators/instructors, and dealerships
