About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in aligning engineering design reviews with vehicle program milestones by organizing cross-functional meeting agendas, tracking minutes, and maintaining active issue roadmaps
  • Support reconciliation of 3D CAD models with digital Bill of Materials (BOM) data
  • Track packaging clearance reports, component weight, and part-level complexity targets
  • Aid engineering teams in developing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
  • Track Design Verification (DV) test schedules to support milestone deliverables
  • Participate in structured cross-functional issue resolution, assisting with root-cause identification, roadblock elimination, and documentation in standard issue-tracking platforms
  • Collaborate with core engineering, styling, and program attribute teams
  • Assist engineers with standard templates and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering
  • 90% English skills (oral, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering Fundamentals and Design Thinking
  • Strong critical-thinking and technical capability to investigate complex issues, analyze data, and support structured root-cause solutions
  • Ability to build positive, inclusive working relationships across diverse engineering, business, and design teams
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills to prioritize competing tasks, follow up on deliverables, and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to convey technical ideas effectively and collaborate on shared results
