About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests
  • Handling the check-in and check-out process
  • Receiving and handling guest requests and complaints in person, by phone, email, or guest chat
  • Managing the cash desk, including credit card and cash reconciliations
  • Performing concierge duties, such as restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips
  • Working with other departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Working as part of a shared team for Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton Munich City Centre West

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in reception or customer service preferred; career changers are also welcome
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of German and English
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of the host role and working with people
  • Application documents: A résumé is sufficient
