About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for a technology area and manage it against your own revenue target
Acquire new clients at decision-maker level

Hold regular in-person meetings with clients and candidates on-site, in the office, and at industry trade fairs
Use and strategically expand your client and candidate network
Fill freelance projects and permanent positions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in IT recruitment, with a demonstrably strong revenue record
An established network of clients and candidates in the IT sector
Proven experience in business development and building your own client portfolio
Willingness and interest in conducting in-person meetings at client sites
Excellent German and good English skills
