About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with business goals and security best practices
Establish security frameworks, policies, standards, and technical guidelines for IT and OT environments
Develop cybersecurity roadmaps, reference architectures, and risk mitigation strategies
Work with IT, OT, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement security controls
Evaluate emerging security technologies and support security practices protecting manufacturing operations and business continuity
Translate security risks into actionable architectural decisions
Produce architecture guidance, standards, and risk mitigation recommendations
Support protection of corporate systems and manufacturing environments while maintaining uptime
Build working relationships across IT, OT, engineering, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including enterprise security architecture and solution design
Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and enterprise security architecture
Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) in manufacturing environments
Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Experience developing security standards, identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and addressing applicable security or regulatory requirements
